Title: Brake Lining Workshop
Introduction:Brake lining is one of our main product with hundreds of different models. This is sulfuration operation for linings, which is the first step in lining production. For each model, we have developed its own die for specified parameters.

Title: Grinding Workshop
Introduction:Grinding machines are basically used for milling on clutch facings and brake linings. Since there would be much waste dust flying in the air, we most introduce fan tube just on top of the grinding mouth, so that most dust would be blowed out and the work environment status also can be insured as clean.

Introduction:This picture shows the punching worshop of our newly established factory. Daily maintaiinance, accurate set of parameters for each product, clean 5S environment, workers with specilized skills, strong quality inspection stradegies, all these contribute great to our goods.

Introduction:For our products, they can be devided into two parts: OEM and Self-developed. Since esch model has its own features and size, so there must be some die that complies to the product's parameter. This picture shows a corner of die warehouse.

Introduction:Now, we Veectory have two production bases, one is the old Veectory industrial zone, located in Yancheng city; the other one is the newly established factory, located in Yancheng Industrial Zone. During the process of reform, we also absorb in new machines and technology to make stronger assurance for our products. Nowadays, both the old and the new production bases are in running status.
